Final Voyage

"The schooner Storm King, which has been ashore at the Manitous, was towed into port just in time to escape the gale, but somehow got afoul of the brig Algomah inside of the old government piers, and both vessels sunk, in a place more dangerous to other vessels trying to get in, than to themselves." May be two vessels of this name...two casualty histories. "Dismasted and sank, carrying cargo of iron rods, November (?)1856 in Milwaukee Harbor, hull loss $7,000/cargo $3,000: alternate loss 6-1-62 off Beaver Island.
