Service History

The Agnes Willie was of an unknown type of vessel. Not much can be recovered about the vessel's operational history or ownership.
Final Voyage

The only historical report for the wreck of the Agnes Willie was recovered from a November 8, 1862, issue of the Door County Advocate. While loaded with cargo of apples, the Agnes Willie was bound for Green Bay, Wisconsin. It suddenly capsized seven miles offshore of Baileys Harbor. After drifting ashore, it was determined to be a total loss in both vessel and cargo totaling $500. Owners of the Agnes Willie, Alexander Doak and Robert Dickinson, were the only people aboard at the time; both men were saved by local fisherman.
Today

The actual location and condition of the Agnes Willie have yet to be determined by field investigation.
