"A little schooner called the M.C.Springer hailing from Red river, was in port this week. She was built at that point by Capt. B.F.Tibbetts and is engaged in trading around the bay. Her capacity is about 10 tons, and she was launched at Red River on the 11th of July, 1887." Last Document Surrendered Milwaukee, 8/24/94: "Abandoned"
