While lying at anchor in Horseshoe Bay, the schooner Farrand H. Williams, loaded with cordwood, went to pieces. The last document, Enrollment No.26, issued at the Port of Milwaukee on November 21, 1899 was surrendered at Milwaukee on January 11, 1901; Cause of Surrender "Total loss." Owner-Master: C.O. Pedersen.
